Hey :) I’m Julie Williams, Licensed MFT and Holistic Psychotherapist. I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety management, emotional regulation, and general empowerment.
As a member of the queer community, a member of the neurodivergent community, and a survivor of abuse and childhood trauma, I have a passion to help others be more kind to themselves, set healthy boundaries, and reach a profound understanding of who they really are.
My mission is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery. Together, we'll dive into the depths of your experiences, helping you recognize unhelpful patterns while fostering the creation of healthier alternatives. Instead of only addressing symptoms, we can explore the ontological roots or causes to nervous system dis-regulation and find ways that work for you to feel healthier and more grounded.
If you want to process historical trauma, learn ways to know and love yourself, or just have a safe space to feel heard and understood, I got you. Please feel free to reach out and connect with me today.

Working with Julie can help you heal from traumatic experiences and learn new,
healthier ways of being.
